• Lead data analyst on the project to rapidly re-architect UCT Online High School’s learning model and fundamental data sources, helping uncover extensive data-driven insights and substantially improve data quality. This helped improve key academic metrics by more than 20% for 4 500 students.

• Directed a multi-year blended learning project, an initiative providing high-quality blended learning for underprivileged students.

• Drove a 300% improvement in mathematics exam scores and improved diagnostic scores by 3 grade levels in the first year of operation.

Co-founded Uthini, a mobile chat-based language learning platform focused on South African indigenous languages, serving thousands of paying customers, including more than 2,000 medical students, with over 50 part-time staff.

Currently migrating legacy OLTP CloudSQL infrastructure to Azure and incorporating modern OLAP tools like Snowflake and dbt to improve analytics functionality.
